You probably know you can double tap on the screen to zoom in on some text, but if you want to change how far you zoom in, you can tweak the zoom level in your browser's settings.
While you can usually zoom with a multitouch pinch, some people really like the double tap for its simplicity, but by default it zooms in a little too far. To change this, just enter your browser's settings (in the default browser, this is under Menu > More > Settings) and change the "Default Zoom" setting. By default it's set to "medium", but I prefer "far", though some might even prefer "close" if you want your text up close and personal.
