Dunwoody shooter says 'angels' told him to kill
Last night, the White House was transformed into a performance hall for the Red, White and Blues concert celebrating Black History Month. Obama joined in on the jam sesh, taking the mic from an insistent Jagger to croon along to ?Sweet Home Chicago.?
The President sang out the line ?come on, baby don?t you want to go,? twice, handing the microphone back to B.B. King in-between. But when King didn?t take it back, Obama finished with a shout-out to his hometown.
The last time we were treated to a singing Obama was when he belted out a bit of Al Green?s classic ?Let?s Stay Together? at a fundraiser in New York?s Apollo Theater. The singing might have created a precedent. Buddy Guy reportedly got Obama crooning last night by mentioning the Al Green sing-along. ?You gotta keep it up,? he told the president.
Story: Who sings it better: Al Green or Obama?Considering all the politicians making music lately ? from Obama to Romney ? we wonder: Who'd win the ultimate sing-off? The president, the Republican candidates, or you? Vote!
