The Texas House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a bill that tightens restrictions on abortion, and the state Senate committee is set to vote tomorrow on if the bill should be sent to the full Senate. The bill was blocked two weeks ago after Democratic Sen. Wendy Davis filibustered for 10 hours. ?
