iPhone 5s Orders Begin in the United States and Canada

Apple started taking orders for its flagship iPhone 5s in the U.S. and Canada at midnight Pacific Time after the phone launched earlier today in 8 other countries around the world. Most locales have seen tight supplies of all capacities and colors, with the gold model said to be particularly difficult to come by.

The iPhone 5s is available directly from Apple via the Apple Online Store and the Apple Store iOS App [Direct Link], with the iOS app historically more resilient against traffic surges than the online store.

Initial orders from the Apple Online Store will ship within 1-3 days.

In the U.S., Apple is selling the 16GB iPhone 5s on most carriers for $199 with a two-year contract, while the 32GB and 64GB versions are $299 and $399 respectively. T-Mobile is offering the 5s for $99 down plus 24 monthly payments of $22.91 per month.

There is also an unlocked GSM version of the 5s available for $649 (16GB), $749 (32GB), and $849 (64GB). All capacities come in Space Grey, Silver, or Gold.

The iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c, with the latter available for pre-order for the past week, will be available in U.S. Apple Retail, carrier and select third-party reseller stores beginning later today. Lines are already forming at retail outlets around the country.

There are a number of things that need to be taken into consideration before the online business can be successful, the most important being traffic building.

Traffic building is essentially directing online traffic towards the website or blog for the online business. It is a top concern among online business owners, as it holds the key to make money online. For any business to be successful there is need for customers, as they bring income to the business. It is therefore important for any online business to target and direct traffic towards the online business.

Most of the businesses that have been able to make money online attribute this to the fact that they employ superior traffic building tools. These have for the most part led to the growth of a lot of online businesses, and have enabled many business owners to make fortunes out of their businesses. It is therefore important to look into what tools successful online businesses employ to enable success.

There are a number of ways to direct traffic to one?s website, and these vary from the free to the expensive. The business owner looking to make money by starting an Internet business needs to find out what traffic building tools suit his particular kind of business, and how he can begin to take advantage of these tools to see the growth of his business.

It is important to remember that a traffic building tool that works for one website is not automatically guaranteed to work on yours. It is important to pay attention to the tools that will fit your particular business, and to determine this, you may ask for professional assistance, or simply talk to other online business owners.

Traffic building for an Internet business can sometimes turn out to be an expensive option. This is particularly so for an online business that is just starting out, or those that operate on a tight budget. It is therefore also important to figure out the amount of money that is at the disposal of the business for the purpose of traffic building. This is important so as to avoid later problems.

By conducting research and talking to other Internet business owners, it is easy to get an indication of how much it would cost your business to take advantage of traffic building, as well as find the most effective tool for this purpose. Extensive research is required to ensure that the business owner is able to make the correct decisions and be able to make money.

Traffic building is arguably the most important part of web design and Internet business, and so needs to be treated as such. A very small number of Internet businesses are able to survive without the use of traffic building, and so it is necessary to take this factor into serious consideration when starting an Internet business if you want to be successful.

If you are reading this article, my guess is you have some frustration, that you are not making an <A href="http://www.onlinebusinessi.com? rel=nofollow target=_new>online business income like the Internet Gurus.

There are 3 possibilities ? product is not a best-seller, website traffic is not enough, website is not converting.

Jobless claims rise, but data is distorted

Economy

Reuters

Jim Cole / AP

Jobless claims rose last week, but the data was distorted, making it difficult to get a good read on the state of the labor market.

The number of Americans filing new claims for jobless benefits rose last week, but it was difficult to get a clear read on the labor market's health because a Labor Department analyst said two states appeared to be working through a backlog of unprocessed claims.?

Initial claims for state unemployment benefits increased 15,000 to a seasonally adjusted 309,000, the Labor Department said on Thursday.?

Claims data have been thrown into disarray since an update in government computer systems in California and Nevada created a backlog in the processing of new claims two weeks ago.?

That initially led to a sharp decline in new processed claims earlier this month, and a Labor Department analyst said the two states still appeared to be working through the backlog, which he said could take another week or two.?

If taken at face value, the data hinted at a pickup in hiring during September. The data was collected during the same week the Labor Department surveys employers for its monthly employment report.?

At 314,750, the four-week average was about 5 percent lower than it was during the employment report's survey week in August, when employers added a lackluster 169,000 jobs to payrolls.?

However, even that reading, which smooths out weekly volatility, could rise in coming weeks if a backlog of claims continues to be cleared.?

a new opinion in Photography about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W310

I have no luck whatsoever which cameras. I always seem to pick bad ones which give bad quality photos or ones that take bad pictures at night. When I find a good one, I usually manage to drop the camera or something will invariably go wrong with it. My latest camera of choice was the Sony Cybershot DSC-W310.

About the camera
The camera promises to let you take better pictures, with the minimum effort. It claims that you can take detailed images in a simple and easy way. It has a stabiliser to stop shots from becoming blurry and unclear. To improve your photos further, the camera has an edit feature to trim the photo and correct red eyes.

Specifications
The camera has 12.1 megapixels which means that it should produce high quality photos and it has 4x optical zoom which means you should be able to take photos even of far away objects. It has a big screen on the back of 6.7cm width which allows you to take a good photo and then to check it in detail. It has an intelligent auto which automatically chooses the right light setting and a smile shutter which automatically takes the photo when it detects a smile.

The camera is a good compact size measuring 9.5cm in length, 5.5cm in width and 1.9cm in depth. It has a built in flash and built in red eye reduction. It has a battery charger and a wrist strap to keep the camera save and sound which is great for a clumsy person like me. The display is LCD and it also has a film function. The product comes in silver, pink and black. I chose the black one.

Appearance
The product is sleek and classy looking. The product is has a black outer casing which is matte is its finish. On the front, the view finder is a shiny metallic silver and Sony is written on the front in silver lettering. The flash light is on the front of the camera. On the back is the display screen, the zoom button, the play function, the camera button, the film button, the flash button, the menu button and the trash can. On the top of the camera is a silver on/off button and a silver button to push in order to take the photos. On the bottom of the camera is the battery slot and memory card slot.

Price
The camera will cost you around ?80. I got mine from Amazon and it is available on a range of other websites too. It is also available from some electrical stores and camera shops.

My experience
I bought the camera to take with me travelling across Europe for the month. It is simple to use and it really does take the effort out of taking photographs. I have often struggling with changing the settings to get the best photo but this automatically does this for you. I took photos in a range of different setting including both night and day, fireworks display and even inside the blue grotto caves in Sorrento. It coped well in each setting, giving me clear photos with the appropriately lighting each time. Without the flash on, the photos are still clear and not blurry, which is a relief as I have had problems with this in the past.

The camera is light to hold but the wrist strap helps to keep it safe anyway which was good as I was on a few boat trips. The view finder comes out of the front of the camera as soon as you switch it on and the display tells you which setting it is working in straight away. There are plenty of buttons to fiddle with but as it does most things on its own, I have investigated them too much for fear of messing up the setting.

You can zoom into photos that you have taken and check that you are happy with it. If you aren't happy, there is a simple trash button but you need to be careful that you press the 'this image' button and not 'all images'! My photos are all of a good quality which true to life vibrant colouring, and I have some beautiful photos to treasure from my trip.

The product is easy to charge up. You simply remove the battery from the camera and slot it into the charger and then plug it into the wall. It doesn't take to long to charge the battery and the light lets you know when the job is done. The battery life is excellent and I only charged it twice in a month. This was with taking photos constantly and also looking at the ones that I had already taken constantly too so I was very happy with this. I didn't use the film function or the edit function so I can't comment on this. The camera requires a memory card and I have an SD 4GB and this hold plenty of photos. To get the photos onto my computer, you simply slot the card into your laptop or use the included lead.

Conclusion
All in all, this takes beautiful photos in a simple and easy way. It adjusts the settings for you so all you have to do is choose your subject and push the button. The colours are vibrant and the shots are crystal clear in all lighting. With the right memory card, it can hold plenty of photos and the battery life is excellent. As long as I don't drop this camera or spill anything on it, this one may just be with me for the long haul.
